Clearances

My Child Abuse, FBI Criminal Record, PA Criminal Record, TB Test and ACT 24 required clearances are all up to date. Copies of these documents can be found in my file in the Education Department office.

Basic Skills Assesment

I have met the Basic Skills writing, math, and reading assessments via my SAT scores.

Teaching Dispositions

I am in good standing with the Education Department based on my Teacher Disposition Form.
